The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Liteman trained by Diego Dias was found to be a gelding and not a colt as shown on the passport presented. Having considered the report, the Raceday Stewards fined the trainer €130 in accordance with the provisions of Rule 148(xii).
The Raceday Stewards received a report from the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Clerk of the Scales, regarding the fact that J.S. Dalton, rider of Shafters Legacy, weighed in at 1.4lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who stated that he was asked to provide a shorter over girth which he felt may have contributed to the overweight and apologised for the matter. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that J.S. Dalton was in breach of Rule 231 and having considered his clean record, they cautioned him on this occasion.
Jessica O'Gorman, rider of Best Love, trained by Eddie & Patrick Harty, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her mount went right from the gates which caused her to get unseated. The Raceday Stewards reviewed the vide footage and were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
168B Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) H'capThe Raceday Stewards granted a request from Daniel McLoughlin, trainer of Two And Two, for an additional ten minutes to present his charge for identification by an IHRB Official as per the provisions of Rule 90(i).
C.D. Hayes, rider of Sarahmae, trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.
168E BOYLE Sports Median Auction M'dnC. Cusack, rider of Portaliffe Phil, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left off the bend.
S.T. McCullagh, rider of Full Volume (FR), trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got very upset in the stalls.
The Raceday Stewards reviewed where it appeared Sophia Royale, ridden by Megan Telford-Kelly, ran up on heels five furlongs out. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
168F Proparamedics And Medicall H'capThe Raceday Stewards using their powers under Rule 196(v) fined D. King, €200 for failing to present himself to be weighed out not less than a quarter of an hour before the time fixed for the Race.
G.P. Halpin, rider of Glyndwr, trained by Gerard O'Leary, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.
At the request of the Raceday Stewards, G.P. Halpin, rider of Glyndwr, trained by Gerard O'Leary, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that he kept wide to avoid the rain softened ground on the inside, to give his mount the best chance.
R.M Mulligan, rider of Battle Borne, trained by Patrick J. McKenna, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly left up the home straight.
168G Laura Nicholas Memorial H'capL.F. Roche, rider of Toy Soldier, trained by Maurice Andrew Ahern, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran around in the straight. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the matter the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

Prior to racing the Raceday Stewards granted a request from the IHRB Clerk of the Course to amend the distance of races five, six and seven to 6 furlongs 214 yards, due to operational reasons.
